Change is a fickle activity

Changing your life is a fickle activity. What seems to be working one day may appear the entirely wrong direction the next. What is important to the process of change is to realize that it is never-ending and unpredictable. Changing one’s life is not an easy process. No growth is. But unlike working toward a fixed goal, changing oneself often comes with the additional challenge of having little real measurable progress. Often one cannot even be certain of how much real change they have accomplished, which can make the process not only taxing but additionally frustrating, as you often wonder whether you have accomplished anything at all. But no matter how difficult the process may be, it is only through accepting change as a constant in our lives that we may grow.
